Here again! Have a Bell & Howell 482A projector that needs a new lamp. Yea-gads they cost over a $100.00 with a life of 15 hrs. Seems to me this lamp could be replaced with a halogen (ENH) by use of a simple bracket and minor wiring. I can do this for a lot less than a 100 dollars plus the life is much longer. Has this been tried? I do have a fair knowledge of electronics and a small workshop. Any thoughts or information would be most useful.
