Lee appeared on British TV this morning in a programme called 'Ade in Britain' where comedy actor Ade Edmondson travels the UK sampling the culture and food found in various regions.
Lee was featured singing and playing George Formby songs as well as trying a local dish of Morecombe Bay shrimps.

Lee, did you really like them or were you being polite?
( you don't have to answer that!)

Pity it was made public before the event. Will see if it's available through ITV player.

They were very nice but I could have done with another 30 seconds to finish chomping on them before the Uke solo. Sadly my Eumig did not feature in this appearance but was a good days filming.Have been doing a bit more TV so keep an eye open. [Cool]

Well Done, Lee!

A year back we showed my print of Lee's "Cinema in Miniature" to the crowd at CineSea. There were easily 20 films that night and "Miniature" was the only one of the bunch that drew applause!

Lee, just thought you might like to know that your ukulele playing has reached Australian shores. I was just flicking through the channels and the show has just screened on BBC Knowledge.

Amazing, and to think 40 years ago we used to point our cine cameras onto a TV screen to capture precious moments to share with others and now we can just click a mouse. I also got stopped in Manchester and asked for a autograph after being asked was I the banjo man? Always thought I was Mr Eumig. [Cool]

Which chap is Lee? [Confused]

Update:

He's the one in the jeans. He hasn't changed a bit! [Eek!]

Nice Uke playing Lee, you got him off to a T. Beautiful sunsets in Morecambe Bay.
