anybody else have this problem everytime i log in it says "Sorry, we have no one registered with that name. Use your browser's back button and try again".

I don't know what browser you are using. I use Chrome and don't have a cookie problem. However...I suggest you clear your browser cache, data and cookies and start fresh. This usually clears up these types of anomalies. Also uninstalling and reinstalling the app sometimes helps too.

Cellphones are a case where that actually makes sense. The batteries are always weakened at the end and the phones take quite a beating too.
The last time around I lived with half the screen black for about a month before I was eligible for a new phone.

Not sure what I did but it works for know until I clear the cache again. Janice I cleared the cache, deleted the icon, installed chrome none of those worked next thing I went back in re-logged in and it worked I use Safari as well Steve have always had no problems with it thanks for your help.
