I have several dating back to mid 30s to mid 40's....... are these worth anything?

Welcome to the forum. By your description not much. You need to provide more details. Title, size reel, condition of film and original box if included, film company Castle Films, Ken Films etc. The more info you provide the more accurate an estimate you can get.

Okay. The first one is an original Mickey Mouse Films entitled Donald Duck Getting the Hook - 915-A. Hollywood Film Enterprises, Inc. In its original box.... 50 ft.

Second is Popeye. Univex 8mm... 25 ft. Copyright King Features Syndicate, Inc., 1935. Distributed by Universal Camera Corporation, New York City.

Third is a Hal Roach 'Our Gang' Comedy..... Exclusive Movies, copyright MCMXXIV by Patbe (?) Exchange, Inc.

Fourth is a Jack and the Beanstalk, Castle Films No. 765, 8mm Headline Edition. No date.
