Didn't Columbia release this three ways in the US? 4x200' like the previous two Sinbads, plus a 400' and a 3x400'? Does anyone recall?

As far as I remember it was only released on a 400 foot reel. It pops up on Ebay once in awhile. I remember it had several good scenes.

S'funny; I thought I remembered reading reviews of the different versions in your newsletter back in the day. Really detailed write-ups about what was in each edition. Maybe I'm thinking of CLASH OF THE TITANS. Or maybe I'm just senile.

Marshall,

Unfortunately, Coumbia only released the 400' edition.

Yeah dude!

Clash of the Titans was released in different formats.

The only chance for a full feature of "Sinbad/Tiger" would be either an Italian feature print of it, (Clash of the Titans was released as a Super 8 full feature).

... or if there was an optical feature print out there, but I've never ran into one of those.

You may be interested to know that a 2x400 was released back
in '77 I think, the title in German was "Sindbad Und Das Auge
Des Tigers" released by Piccolo Films the print is excellent
and definition pin sharp the colour is still as vibrant as the day I
purchased this title and is a much better film all round than the
Columbia 400' which I have just for the sake of being a completist.

Hey you guys see my screen shots yet. This was the first nude Harryhausen film next to the scene at the beginning and end scene of Clash of The Titans with Perseus and his mother. Plus the nude bathing of Andromeda. -
So not every thing of interest was animation
