Does the full 20min version of Charley Chase's RATTLING ROMEO, Columbia release, exist? Or just the 200ft edit?

Columbia 8mm released Chase's The Big Squirt, Calling all Doctors, The Heckler and Rattling Romeo in 400' versions.
