I have two B&H autoload 482a projectors and both need the same
part. It's the clear plastic upper loop former. Both work -- I made a loop former from cardboard for test runs. Is this loop
former common to other B&H projectors? Any suggestions on where to find said part? Had to buy one lamp ($$$). Thanks.

I think your best bet would be to find the same or similar machine that you can use for parts. Maybe you can get a spare bulb out of the deal as well.
