Can anybody give me any info on this release? I'm betting it was an Italian or German release. I only know that I saw this film on ebay ONCE, many years ago, so I know it exists.

I hope I'm naming the right film. It's the film that stars Kirk Douglas, and is about a modern aircraft carrier that goes back in time to Pearl Harbor, and Captain or crew having to wrestle with whether to intervene and change history or let things happen as they did. I always enjoyed this film.

Sure it's not this one?

I have this on 16mm scope and sounds very much like the one you describe. Final Conflict is Omen III, isn't it?

Yes, I have it.
The 3x400ft was release by marketting in Germany.
It's a polyester flat print, with great colors.

I think that the original titel was "Nimitz, the final countdown".

Fun film, very much like a long Twilight Zone episode. I have a 16mm print of the feature.
