Hello all,

I picked up an interesting feature on Ebay recently. I feature length print of the German live action Snow White feature from the 50's. It's beautiful with great color and good sound. It came in generic boxes and I was wondering if anyone knew who the distributor was. It looks too good to be 70's Derann. Also, if anyone has a print of it I would love a scan of the original artwork! Thanks for any info.

Yes, that's the Snow White. It was made in Germany in 1955 and ten years later was dubbed into english and re-scored. It's really a bizarre looking film since the dwarves are played by children with beards on and the dubbing is worse than a Godzilla movie. But it's still charming in a strange sort of way. If anyone was any info on the super 8 release please post it. Thanks.
