Does anyone know who released this full length feature on Super 8?

I thought it was a Ken release... but the new Coming Attractions lists the distributer as ABC. Not 100 percent sure which is correct.

Well, I looked at the Ken/ABC film lists here on the forum and I didn't see it listed so I wasn't sure. I thought this might be the distributor as well.

I am currently cleaning a print and watching it and the original leaders have been replaced so that is the reason for my inquiry.

Besides who put it out, is this film any good? It sounds appealing in a cheezy 70's kind of way - but I have never actually seen it and am admittedly a little curious.
