wanted to know if anyone saw the 8x 400' box of mgm ben hur?
is this one got good edit? as original film runs more then twice.

AFAIK its the whole film. If you're talking about the one on eBay. If it goes for more than $300 keep this in mind: The Reel Image was selling one a few years back with great color and very clean for $459.

The one being sold on eBay is rather reddish according to the desc.

I used to own the 8x400' Moshe, the "flat" version,it is a good
edit,but is not the complete film.If memory serves me correct,the
Nativity sequence was missing,main titles starting the film.Colour was okay,as was sound, but not in the same class as the Kempski/Derann versions.I did have the opt snd version, and
that was 9x600 spools,which gives an idea as to how much was
cut from the flat 8x400.
