I`ve got a nice copy of China Town Chump, starring leon Errol coming in the post in the next week. Before this I hadn`t heard of him and I didn`t realise there were so many 2 reelers done a good while after laurel and hardy, by Leon, Gil Lamb etc.
Does anyone have any of these that they could suggest are really good.
I`m not suggesting they would really compare with the lads but be interesting to know whats out there on film.

I would LOVE to own a copy of "Chinatown Chump" (1950) - It is one of the later RKO comedies and a sharp one - Have a nice original on tape - Was this in Super or STd 8 Mark? - If you sell, I'm the one who wants it - Shorty (Collector of shorts for many years)

Hi Shorty, its arrived and is a very nice and clean derann print, lovely print for super 8. If I need to let it go I`ll give you first nodd.
Going to watch it at the weekend, the first 5 mins look good.
