Hi Chip,
It's quite a process. First the American members must vote. Sequential agendas resolve an issue through a series of votes that may include several major proposals with more amendments. Then our European friends deliberate (The Americans go first because this an even-numbered year). Polling places are generally established at local schools and halls, and in most cases will be the same as those used for State elections. They are advertised in the week leading up to the election. When a declaration of the result of the vote has been filed and no objection to the conduct of the vote has been filed within twenty-four (24) hours of closing of the last poll, the Director of Settlement shall release the result of the vote to the parties affected by the vote and may require a notice of the results of the vote to be posted in an area where it is likely to come to the attention of affected Forum Members.
Or you can keep posting away, since once you reach 100 posts the designation changes.
Hope this helps. Doug

Congratulations on #100, Nick. With the title of "Expert Film Handler" you are now charged with an awesome responsibility. There's no going back!

Sheesh, I guess I have a lot of work ahead of me, and once there I'm still not sure I'd be worthy of the title "Expert Film Handler", but I'll do my best to uphold the title.
Did I mention my latest attempt at permanently burning a frame of film to my Elmos film gate? I've learned to never never leave the room while a print is running....maybe that's what being an "Expert Film Handler" is all about, learning from all the mistakes.
I'm happy to say that the Elmo and the film (after a new cement splice) both survived the operation.
