hello I am new to this forum. I collect mainly silent 200' ft horror and sci-fi, I may branch into sound film collecting as I have an Elmo st 800. I have a few standard 8 sound films and plan to get more, I have an old eumig 710 that is dying slowly. what was the latest model, DUAL 8 sound machine the y made? was it the 824? I was told there was an 810? any help or ideas?

There is quite a few, The 810D is one my Brother always uses, we also have an 822Sonomatic. The 824Sonomatic i think was the last Duel gauge they made,(i think) before they went to the 938 and 940 multiprocessor which was the same machine but with much of the electrics replaces by single proccessor and an LCD frame counter. If you get an 810 and need and instruction book i'll copy ours for you. [Wink]
