sometimes looking for pages about our hobby and related things, I type in a projector model number (found a really good bulb site that was cheap once and lost the book mark, and cant find it now. It was not "dons bulbs" but another one...) why are there all these sites like "www.last-bid.com' that just link back to ebay???, it happens with evey model number just about. whats the point? anyone know?

Please edit your original post. On the edit page you can then change your subject title of this thread to something that isn't a "teaser" subject title. This way people don't have to click on it to find out what the discussion is about.

Over reacting a little? I titled it that way because I wanted to, if you don't like it too bad alright? sheesh. besides, it got you to read it didn't it? Besides, when I saw someone had responded to my post I was hoping to get an answer, so in a way your reply let me down just as much as my original post let you down, so now we're sort of even?

Overreacting? No I don't think so. Why? Use your brain for a minute and think about it. Teaser subject titles accomplish nothing but waste people's time having to click on topics to determine if they have any interest in what is being discussed, and it's even worse for people on dialup.
Still don't get it? How much does this suck when you log onto a forum and find these topics...
ever wonder why...
I didn't know you could...
I have a problem with...
Does anyone know...
is it possible...
OMG!!!

The policy is for the good of the members, lurkers and general signal to noise ratio of the site. Do not use teaser subjects again or you will be removed from the forums.
