I emailed the guy and he wont let it go for less than $600. He saw one for sale at that price and he thinks they ALWAYS sell for that much. Mine sold for $400 and I saw a mint one for $296... Sigh. Thanks for the heads up! Keep up the good work sir!

Sheesh that was quick, you sleep here?
You're welcome, OBTW, where's that cheap 6008S you promised me?
I let several of them go in the last six months for less than $400 each. I don't know if I'd use it as much as my 1014xls. I'd really prefer to have another 1014xls or one of those new Sony HVR-A1Us. The price tag on the Sony is enough to make a grown man cry, right after my wife got thru kicking my....well you get the point.
Again you're welcome...go buy the thing while you still have plenty of summer to enjoy using it.
why not keep that auction on your watch list... This seller is bound to wake up eventually and realize he isn't gonna get $750 (or even $600) for this camera. If it ends unsold and he relists it, you can then follow the link to the new auction and watch it again... and keep making your offer each time until he throws up his arms and accepts it.
