Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm converting some silent 8mm home movies to video. I have a couple of older Bell & Howell 8mm projectors. Model 253 AX and 256 AB. Is there a way to convert the drive pulley so that it runs at 24 fps? Or, to run at 15 fps? I'm using a 24P camera and there is a little flicker on silent speeds. If I could even slow it down to 15 fps then I could use standard NTSC video at 30fps. I don't have a variable speed projector at the moment. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
