I have a reel released by DCR Films entitled "Review No.1 28th Year" , does anyone know what it's about without me having to watch it all the way through. I would normally but as I have just had one of the worst bouts of Flu in my life, I am way behind in getting my next list together, so can anyone help me? As it's a DCR release (Colour & Sound, by the way), perhaps it's a railway oriented film!

Any help appreciated, otherwise I'll just have to watch it all the way through.

I have no idea what this reel is. Maybe you should make it a new contest, (hah!).

What does it appear to be from the start?
