I know that most of us have a strong interest in projectors; I was wondering if any of you have in your collection a Zoetrope?
For those of you who might not know what that is, it is a cylinder with slits in cut through the sides. There are drawings on the inside wall. When rotated, you peer in the slits to watch a brief animated cartoon sequence.

I would love to get hold of a Victorian Praxinoscope, they are great looking with all that wood and brass. But where can you get one?

I love those old optical toys, but I haven't got one in my collection. I hope one day I get hold of a Praxinoscope Theatre, but Thaumatropes, Zoetropes or Phenakistiscopes are also fine
