Hi Chaps,

Hopefully someone can help i am after a Bauer motor for a Super 8 projector. Has anyone got a broken or damaged projector that they could salvage the motor from for me?

As i gather you can't buy these new anymore.

Is this for one of your ebay sale machines or own ones Rob. Do you need one quickly ?.

Have you tried CHC they have lots of stuff.

Sometines the lesser bauers go so cheap on ebay DE might be worth it for the motor alone.

I`ll email a friend may have one but not sure he`s still doing cine as went B-Ray.

Hi Mark,

I don't need one very quickly so i can hang on as it's my very own projector that's given up the ghost!

Anyway I’d appreciate it if you could find me one suitable. I have been told it's very rare for the motor to give up the ghost considering it's good German engineering.

Forgot to mention it is actually for an Agfa Sonnector LS2 thou i have been told they use the same motor universally in many other machines.

Hi Robert if its a no rush job I did know a chap with a bauer dual gauge I had a look at, the motor was OK but other things weren`t.
He`s 25 miles away and I don`t have his number now so I`ll ask a family member that way to drop in for me( if hes still there now) A long shot but it would be free.

I`ll ask around as well.

There exist so many different motors for Bauer S8 projectors.
Please specify motor for T... and Bauer Type and serial-No. from sticker. e.g. 8 796 ... ...
