First, let me say thank you again to all of you, especially Steve Klare who helped me with some issues I was having with my Bolex SP Special Model Super 8mm projector. I was able to get everything working properly. I was quite impressed with the machine...plays anything, solid, has a great lens...sharpest picture by far. Then kabooom! Another problem. I took the pressure plates out to clean them, put them back in and I am 99% sure they are in correctly. I turned the back control knob to the correct setting to remove them without damage but when I put them back in, the picture is all out of whack, as if it were a dual 8 machine and I put the standard 8 pressure plates in when trying to run Super 8 film through it. It's just a bunch of lines and moving figures. I have done everything I can think of. Does anyone have any idea what has happened and how to remedy it if possible? Sincerely, Brian Cook
