Here is a Sankyo Dualux-8 and for lights of me I cannot figure out how to replace the upper belt.

I am posting some photos; the belt I need to replace is drawn in red, the other two photos show where they go.

Can I get some help here?

Worked like a charm Pat, I have them belted (2 of them) and running perfect. [Smile]

Thank you,

IMHO, it would be nice to post the solution so others may benefit from it. After all, that is the real benefit of a forum.

I was afraid to post it in case it didn't work! [Confused]

I have a similar model that I replaced a belt on. Remove screws circled on pic. Now, the shaft with the worm gear on each end may only need one end removed to fit belt over it. The shutter shaft I believe is held in place at the 2 points circled. Once that is free you can slip the other end of belt over it. I hope this helps you.

Good luck! [Wink]

PS Your right Barry! [Smile]
