I purchased a similar setup at an estate sale for a few dollars. The splicer is not very good but the rewinds work great. It did not have the instructions like yours. I wonder if these were built at the factory, home made or built by a camera shop. Mine looks like it may have been home made. Yours looks like it could have been factory made just because it does have the instructions mounted on it.
