Let's all say a prayer with every good wish for his recovery, not sure on details, just heard from another collector a while ago - Those Wildwood shows are great and we sure need this great guy - Shorty

I have the sad task to announce that John Black has passed on after a bout with illness, according to Christian.

John Black was, and is, a good man, a grand supporter of this film hobby (as was evident by the conventions that he organized as of late) and a wealth of wonderful info.

I would encourage those with stories that they have about John Black to share them, as a way of honoring the man.
