I know Take the Money and Run was on Super 8, as one member here has it for sale, but the one I'd really love is Annie Hall ... Anyone knows if any of his movies were released?

Kind of Woody Allan on super 8 was 'What's Up Tiger Lily?'
quote: In comic Woody Allen's film debut, he took the Japanese action film "International Secret Police: Key of Keys" and re-dubbed it, changing the plot to make it revolve around a secret egg salad recipe.
Broadway Danny Rose & The Purple Rose of Cairo were on optical sound.

Super, love all three of those ... Will be on the lookout ... Annie Hall and Manhattan being the ones I would love the most, but all these are good

I know there was also a 400 foot trailer reel of Woody Allen trailers. I think it was released by The Reel Image (in Connecticut USA, no longer exists). It had Love and Death and some other old Woody's.
David-
Who released Tiger Lilly? Was that an airline print?

The Connecticut, USA company's name was "Reel Images". No relation to Steve Osborne. Thunderbird Films released "What's Up Tiger Lily" in S8S. I know they sold Color prints but B&W prints may have also been a purchase option. If I remember correctly the prints required a Scope Lens.

I used to have "What's up Tiger Lily" on s/8, and as Joe rightly said it was a 'scope film, it incorporated a few songs & performances from the group The Lovin' Spoonful, the original title being "Kizino Kizi", redubbed by American voices, one of them being a demented Peter Lorre that to my mind stole the show. The film ran for 79mins and was on 4x400's and print was quite good from Thunderbird Films.Quite a rare one these days.
Take the Money and Run (1969) -ABC; 5x400ft col/sound -ABC; 400ft col/sound (nice digest!)
Play it Again, Sam (1972) -(German); ca. 2400ft col/sound (reversal print)
Broadway Danny Rose (1984) -Airline-Print; 3x600ft bw/optical sound (printed on colour stock; phantastic definition!!!!)
Purple Rose of Cairo (1985) -Airline-Print; 3x600ft col/optical sound Trailer: -ca. 40ft col/German sound
"Annie Hall and "Manhattan" were both released on 16mm.
Panayotis,
are you sure about "Zelig" ? I have been a collector and a fan of Woody Allen for more than 30 years, but I have neither read of nor encountered an Airline print of "Zelig".

I also have a trailer to "Bananas". Its not like a traditional trailer, but a wierd interview where Woody Allen gives absurd answers to questions about the film. A think it runs about four minutes.

Eberhardt It is very very rare.First time I saw it ,was in the list with the other two opticals, which I bought, but this one had been sold. Since then,I have only seen it once or twice in all these years.
