The questions make me wonder if this feature might have actually been not legit as in sanctioned by Lucasa dn 209th Century Fox, but a truly legit Cineavision print?
The reason why I think so, is because there WAS a legit Cineavision STARWARS Part 2 400ft. It's much rarer than the Ken Films Scope STAR WARS Part 2, but it was made.
Therefore, while there may not have been an officially sanctioned STAR WARS feature (allowed by 20th Century Fox), it was, however, a "true" Cineavision print and released (perhaps under the table) by Cineavision.
Comments, ladies and Gentlemen?
P.S. Were there,. for that matter, any other producers of scope prints on super 8, that even used the "Cineavision Style"?
