I have acquired one of these & need to get into the back. Does anyone know how this is done I don't want to go in blind & remove to many components if there is an easy way.

Hello Eric,
to removed rear cover you must remove lamp house cover, first.
There is now a (long) screw visible, nearby projection bulb which is screwed almost in the middle of rear cover. Remove it and you`ll have full access to inside.
