Does anyone have a service manual for the Elmo ST1200D(TC) Telecine projector? It is meant to be locked at 25fps, but it is not quite there, resulting in the telecine transfers not working correctly.

i can only find the St1200D manual here in jpg pic format: http://www.mondofoto.com/manuals/elmost1200d/elmo_st1200d_english.zip
...maybe it will be helpful to get started until a TC manual comes is posted....
