For a number of reasons I no longer attend any fairs where I can't go & return in one day. This includes Blackpool, as trains run late on Sundays & even with the earliest departure possible from Bham I'd miss about two hrs, so makes no sense.
However, I thought I might enquire if someone from the Midlands-or further south-is going by car. In that case I could join them, & liaise somewhere in the B'ham area; same for return.
Obviously I will contribute to the petrol costs. If anyone is doing the trip on the 19th, feel free to reply or PM me & we see what's doable. Thanks!

my film fair is on for 3 days from Friday till sunday why not make a weekend of it and miss all the rushing about and chill out and enjoy 3 days of fun starting Friday night with a spectacular film show

No way I can make a whole weekend; long journey & late departures... only Sunday-IF I find someone to join the trip & share costs.

Yanis - good luck with finding someone, but I think the difficulty will be that the attraction of having a relaxed weekend break is a major factor in drawing people from further afield to this event, so most are arriving on the Friday or Saturday and leaving on Monday.
