Hello Eddie
I have used Van Eck many times for various spares and films and always received items in about one week from there to the UK - give them a call and ask to speak to Edwin I'm sure he will sort you out.
Good to see you on here too and back into the hobby, have fun!

I ordered several items from Van Eck and always received everything. In another thread, Edwin Van Eck says they are very busy at the moment. That can explain the delay in answering your mails.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply in the mails. It is very busy. We are hiring additional staff to keep up with the many requests and orders we get. We don't have always all the 3D printed parts on stock. Some of these we fabricate on demand, so it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks to produce a part. The parts which are sold frequently, we keep on stock.
If you are dependent on your projector, I would advice to order spare parts of the parts with frequent issues in advance. For example we use ourselves a lot a Bauer T610 and T502 machines. The parts which wear out and need replacement often we keep for these a few on the stock, so we can instantly service these when needed.
Most common repair elements for the Bauers are: cam and cam follower, reel holders, frame repair kit and motor belt.
