Dear sirs, good afternoon, initially the wolverine digitizer I bought, worked correctly. I did 50 scans. For no apparent reason, the point at which the roll receiving the film being copied started to function with rotation variation. This has caused a problem in the copy, the frames are shifted. I can only scan without rolling the film in Film Reels. How do I solve this problem?

it sounds like the problem I had with my Wolverine, the take up motor is a pain in the neck.
Recently I have decided I not to use the take up reel but let the film drop in to a box and then a careful slow hand rewind from the box back on to the reel with my movie viewer.
I have done this with 50ft and 200ft reels perfectly well.
It's not ideal but I get jitter free scans.
I never use the Wolverine to rewind, it's useless for that too.
I have been through two original motors and one third gen motor but still find the take up is the weak point in this machine
You can see from my three videos the problems I have encountered with the take up motor Wolverine motor failure
I can't offer a solution on how to fix the problem in a satisfactory manner, contacting wolverine is probably the best option, they may send you a new motor as they did with me, but 3 motors still cause me problems, I resign myself to using the box method from now on, and as I say, I get jitter free scans now.
There is no proper warranty on these machines outside of the USA.

Oddly enough IMHO.
This scanner is principally identical to a sprocketless projector, which had been perfected since 60's-70's. (My little Fujicascope sprocketless projector never had the steadiness issue,at all)
Then all in sudden we can no longer repeat that same level of success anymore.

A very common problem with a lot of us. This is why I don't use the take-up spool either.
