Topic: Word of caution when buying classic features on super 8 ...

From what I have seen, it's my assessment that if you want a classic feature, say "El Cid", if you're going to buy it on super 8 (and especially, if you asre going to buy a new print), by all means, buy to "keep" permanently.
Why do I say this ...
I'll see lot's of people wanting to sell they're classic features for top dollar and rarely are they being snatched up as collectors (who have every right to price them the way they do), will be wanting the price of other "in demand" features ...
The problem is, unless they are the BIG classic features, (let's say, "Robin Hood"), you just are not going top get top dollar for them as the the demand just isn't there for them.
Even Derann's, unless they are the big ones, TOP Disney titles, and of course, the great sci-fi features, if they are not the BIG classics, just won't being in the bucks.
You're thoughts, folks ...
