Hi Shorty,
I make reproduction L&H Blackhawk boxes whenever I pick up a print that has no box. I scanned a box cover, cleaned it up in Photoshop, and I find it indistinguishable from a genuine Blackhawk box.
I also found a glossy black paper that is perfect for the base. The only difficult part is the corners, but I think I've finally mastered that.
The problem is, it's very labor intensive, so it probably wouldn't be worth my time to make them, or too pricey for you to buy them. But send me a PM, and I can e-mail the file to you. I can also give you instructions on making them yourself. If you like, I'll send you a pic of one of my boxes next to a genuine and challenge you to pick the repro.
