7 LAUREL & HARDY SHORTS

The boys are waiters at a high society dinner, and Ollie has several encounters with very large cakes. Great shape, original box, no splices, no lines of any note.

Leave them Laughing1927 Blackhawk, 400 ft, super 8 silent. $12
A trip to the dentist,an overdose of laughing gas, then a doped up drive though city traffic, lots of fun with Edgar Kennedy as a cop. Some occasional minor light lines, and some brown spots for just a few seconds five minutes in. Otherwise in very nice shape. No box.

Men O War, 1929, Blackhawk, 400 ft, super 8 sound $22
Their First talkie. Stan & Ollie as sailors take dates for a soda but have only 15 cents between them. Then fun with boats. Great shape, great sound, original box, no splices, no lines of any note.

The Fixer Uppers 1935, Blackhawk, 400 ft, super 8 sound. $22
The boys help patch up a marriage by making the husband jealous. He then vows to kill Ollie in a duel. 2 lines in 1st 3rd, better in the middle, though 1 or 2 lines throughout. Great sound. Original box.

Them Thar Hills 1934 Blackhawk, 400 ft, super 8 sound $26
A camping trip , Ollie with his foot in a cast, and a well full of moonshine whiskey. Great shape, great sound, no lines of any note, no splices. Original box.

Wrong Again 1929. Blackhawk, 400 ft standard 8, silent $12
One of their late silent shorts. The boys return a horse named Blue Boy to the owner of the painting of the same name. In excellent shape with an occasional brief light minor line. Original box.

OTHER FILMS
The Immigrant 1917, Charlie Chaplin
Blackhawk, 400 ft, super 8 silent. $14
Original box, no splices, some light lines here and there in the 2nd half, --the wear looks to have been on Blackhawk’s original negative.

One AM Charlie Chaplin, 1916
Blackhawk, 400 ft, standard 8mm silent. $12
An unusual Chaplin short because it’s a one man show--a drunken Charlie vs all the inanimate objects in his house. Great study of solo physical comedy. Excellent condition, minor brief light line here and there. original box.

Haunted Spooks Harold Lloyd, 1920.
Blackhawk, 400 ft, super 8 silent $14
Great shape. original box. No splices, no lines of any note.

Three Stooges: Men In Black 1934

Academy award winner, with Curly, and the stooges as newly graduated doctors tearing up a hospital.

Three Stooges: Three Pests in a Mess
Columbia, 400 ft, super 8 sound. $36
With Curly. The stooges trying to dispose of a body in a haunted graveyard. In fantastic shape, in original box.

Top Hat 1935, 200 ft, super 8 sound. $12
Very nice print that features 3 Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers dance numbers, plus one of Fred solo. In really great shape with no splices, no lines of any note. Soundtrack is in original English, though this is a French market film with opening title in French.

Odd adventure serial reel circa 1915. 400 ft, Blackhawk super 8 silent. $12
Reel 2 of a 2-reel episode of an unknown serial. Chapter is "A fight in the Air," concerns a couple chasing after a secret parchment that leads to some treasure. Lots of acrobatic stunt work on moving trains and hanging from moving drawbridges. Only actor I can identify is Morgan Jones as Mr. Bradley, but I can’t find any info to identify this title. Perhaps one of you can help me out. Lead character is “Eddie Davis”; heroin is “Louise”; villains are Marks and Kent, and one bad guy is dressed as a Gypsy. First 1/3 of the action takes place on a train. The next chapter is titled "Victory and Happiness”, so I guess this is the second half of the second-to-last chapter. There's a mention of Captain Kidd at the end in the title card about the upcoming episode, but I do not think this is the "Treasure of Captain Kidd." Film and original box in great shape.

The Dentist 400 ft, super silent with subtitles. $12
The classic W.C. Fields short comedy, in original box. In great condition with no splices. This one-owner film has been in my collection for over 30 years, was bought new from Blackhawk, and has been projected just a few times.

"Pigskin Caper," Marx Brothers, Castle Films 200 ft super 8 silent $10
from The Marx Brothers 1932 classic "Horsefeathers." In original unopened cello-sealed package.

3. Bugs Bunny in Hiawatha's Rabbit Hunt 50 ft b&W silent. orig box.
4. Little Roquefort in "Haunted Cat," faded color, 200 ft.silent.

Great Moments from Phantom of the Opera std 8mm
Blackhawk silent 400ft. $14
The digest version of Lon Chaney's 1925 classic, in original box. Great condition, no splices. Two one-frame spots of emulsion damage early in the film, during the opening credits and Blackhawk text,--that’s the only issue with this print. This one-owner film has been in my collection for over 30 years, was bought new from Blackhawk, and has been projected just a few times.

Terror Trail Tom Mix 200 ft Castle Films standard 8mm, silent. $10
