I hear that Tom Petty had his two songs "The Last DJ" and "Walls" (an awesome video) as 35MM theatricals. Wouldn't that make an excellent 200ft release, those two songs together?

Even some video musics video were available during the heyday of 8mm.
I have Led Zepellin "Songs Remains the same" from Warner, 400" in a plastic box with nice art graphics.
Of course not to mention some Beatles and Elvis.
I am now curious if Michale Jackson's clip "Beat it" available on 8mm as the full clip is about right for 400". It has a story too, nice (classic) choreography, good editing.

I have one I'd be willing to part with.
It's Freddie & the Dreamers performing "You Were Made for Me." It's standard 8mm color, but the color has faded to mostly magenta.
I also have a B&W super-8 print of the Beatles performing several songs on the Ed Sullivan Show, but I'm keeping this one. . . at least for now. It looks like it was transfered from video tape; but they did a great job -- no flicker whatsoever.
