I donīt know how Derann choose such a bad movie for releasing a digest. Maybe it has cheap royalties. There has been a lot of good movies the last years for printing a digest. For the american collectors market, Save Private Ryan is a better movie.

Oscar, Saving Private Ryan was one of my big wishes to but i will say this,
I have the pearl Harbour extract which shows the attack and as a stand alone short is excellent, agree the feature was (in my opinion)awful, just dragged out so this two reeler is just action packed and superb on the widescreen. [Wink]

Pearl Harbour is a well edited "nice colour" Scope print. The only down side with mine, is the sound quality, it could have been better, however I will try a re-record one day....its well worth having though [Smile]

Oscar,

I'm sure you meant no disrespect to Paul, however in the future let's not put down a film in the same thread where someone is trying to sell it!

Thanks.

I agree with Tom that this is an excellent cutdown. It's not technically an extract since Derek did a bit of editing in this release.

It's funny I didn't think Phantom Menace, Matrix Reloaded, or Terminator III were great films.

That being said, the problems with these films are not their high action sequences. If anything the action sequences are the better aspects of these films. And that's what you get with these extracts from Derann. The better aspects, extracted.
