I've got one of them Close Encounters in the white and blue clam shell, in case you're still looking for it, Laksmi. The print is in pretty good condition too, if I remember well.

Just to confirm you that some prints are on AGFA hence no fade.

I have two of this title, one was sold through Ebay and I think a member of this forum got it.

Screen shots can be seen here (scroll down):

Old prints (e.g. Ken Films, Marketing, U-8, UFA, etc) that have held color

Laksmi, you are on Ebay, how could you not have a paypal?

Yes Roland I am interested. How much and is it AGFA. Hugh you want to sell your print? And I have Propay with my eBay and I had a dispute with Paypal over a year ago. They did a unlawful or unfair charge back on my account for 5 thousand dollars even when I won the case or claim. The buyer bought a custom made Diorama from me and excepted the work then had a change of mind destroyed my work sent it back after work ,time ,cost of materials were made. I had seller protection after a year had past with no claims and still the buyers credit card company won the case.

Laksmi, that is huge money. Very sorry.

That's okay Akshay their insurance pays it. But I don't get to use Paypal anymore till I clear it up. Which I think is a rip off . Anyway I use PROPAY their competition to get paid and use checks or money orders to pay now. Until I win the lottery. [Smile]

Checked the print, Laksmi. It is Agfa marked "3S", colors are good, with a very slight tendency towards pink/purplish, but no need for a filter. The shell is in very good condition, the reel is a red "Columbia" reel. There is one thing though: the soundtrack is in GERMAN language (although the shell text is in english).
I might be interested in a trade, so no trouble with any "pal" [Big Grin]
