I'm not actually personally looking for this. DVD/blu-ray home video label Indicator posted online that they are seeking a copy of this short (presumably as a supplement to an upcoming release), and, since I didn't see it already posted here, I thought I'd help get the word out.
Here's their original post:
*** INDICATOR NEEDS YOUR HELP *** We are still on the look-out for a 1960s British ‘glamour film’ by the name of TWIST CONTEST. This is an 8mm colour short with soundtrack, and hopefully in the possession of a few collectors.
