Hi,
I am looking for FANTASTIC VOYAGE starring Raquel Welch, Stephen Boyd & Donald Pleasance; the full feature in Scope.
Maybe there is a print somewhere out there for me.
Thanks for looking
Oliver

I haven't seen that one come up in years! Kind of like the scope super 8 feature of JAWS, which I think was a german release. As rare as "hens teeth". [Smile]

2016 was the last time two were for sale on this forum, not sure how rare it is though, an odd ball futuristic sci fi.

I get the impression it's extremely rare, considering I've hardly ever seen it offered. It was one of Derann's releases that I'd imagine would have sold fairly well, but perhaps it didn't?

Hi Oliver, Like You I am actively in pursuit of this feature.
There was one for sale on eBay back in 2017 and an offer on the forum. Now that we are both seeking it, Keep me posted if you get Lucky! I will do the same should I be fortunate to track one down. Great childhood memories of this one which I first saw at the local cinema on a Saturday matinee. The Donald Pleasence / White Corpuscle scene etched permanently in my memory...

The trouble with a title like "Fantastric Voyage" is that it came out when Derann seemed to be releasing F/L features every single month at one time with there various deals they had running at the same time, and most probably, although a great title, only 20 -30 prints were ever struck, as Derann always did a few and once the stock had run down would re-order when needed, that's why titles like this one, "The Magic Box', 'Genegvieve', 'The Railway Children' etc., all cracking F/L prints, but extremely hard to find, as Derek concentrated on his Disney deal, which I suppose cost him the most money, and probably made him the most as well! Those were the days.
