I have six new 800'(240m)BONUM plastic 8mm/super8mm reels and cases in the original cardboard boxes for sale. They have the little plastic spokes(to prevent warping)that have to be snapped out in order to use the reel for the first time. This proves that they are BRAND NEW and NEVER USED. Plastic insert for regular/standard 8mm and a plastic film clip are also included in each case. All six for $90.00(USD)+ postage. E-mail me if interested.I accept PayPal or a money order. Thanks

I'm lucky enough to have exactly one of these reels (used, of course). They're absolutely great, and beautiful-looking at that.

They also have two removable plastic plugs in the back of the case to allow for air circulation during storage. Just re-insert them to prevent dust getting in during shipping, moving, etc.

Hi David, even the smallest, best fitting box weighs 8 pounds 4 ounces. As usual, shipping is expensive! Economy Surface(4-6 weeks) is $31.00 USD. Airmail Parcel Post(4-10 days) is $44.00 USD. I am waiting to hear back from another Forum member regarding these, but let me know if you're interested anyway in case they are still available. Thanks for inquiring!

Hi Joe,
Yes, the shipping does make them quite expensive. I am actually visiting Kevin Clark and collecting a variety of reels from him tomorrow (Sunday). If there aren't enough 800 footers, I'd be pleased to have second refusal if the other Forum member doesn't have them. I'll keep in touch - unless I hear from you first.
Many thanks and best regards,
Dave.

Valves and celluloid - a great combination! Early technology rules OK!
