This is part 2 of one complete package. See part 1 listed in films for sale.

ST 800 Magnetic machine good condition overall. Could use slight TLC as rewind or reverse projection seems slow. Forward projection is normal. This is part of a package deal totaling $500.00 plus freight. This machine does not have a power cord or manual. It will be shipped in a heavyduty plastic container from a now defunct/discarded ST1200D.

please contact me privately to arrange this sale.

Company policy to look good in a tight sweater?

Sounds a bit sexist to me... [Wink]

In that case it should be the projector for $500 with the feature for free!

Rewind/reverse projection low, no manual, no cord, I think it will be a very hard sale at $500. I believe the value at $350-375 tops. The film is worth $250 provided the buyer does not know all copies are soft focus and not one of the top transfers out there.
The projector is worth around $120 in the condition its in.
The items should be advertised as "Feature length Disney film - (Rare) with Super 8 projector that needs some TLC".
Just my opinion!
I did tell Steve Sigel once that his price for a Sankyo S800 was too high..he wanted $389 or something like that. Well he proved me wrong and a buyer overseas purchased it..broken foot and all!
Best of luck to you!

I bought my ST-800 in good working order and cosmetic condition without the case for $150 about 3 years ago. It has served me very well.

OK,OK...How about this: The projector is $800 and Chip will give a $300 dealer rebate and throw in the free feature film as your reward for ordering during this special promotion!

Throw in a set of steak knives and it's darn near irresistable!

Why can't people be straight forward...this deal seems masked in complexity and the items are over priced. Who wants a second rate projector like this....disappointment looms to any purchaser!

Hi Guys

I am still here. Wait a minute. I will ALWAYS be here. Haven't sold the projector or film yet but do not have time to ship it out. Presently in Florida USA on vacation. Got here March 30 - returning to home May 5th and YES this is vacation.

Kevin - sorry to hear about your bike. Hope all goes well. Did you sell your print of Mermaid yet? With the currency rate exchange, damn, it's more than my print (hehehe).

To all interested: Please refer to my other post in 8mm stuff. Forget the section name but it's right under general yak but not in the yak section. See subject: A SHORT FOR SUPER 8 and to all I recommend you check out this really silly very funny youtube video. Can someone "pass" this on to Tom Phoutiu for me - now he's a Brit who will get a chuckle out of it for sure. PS: Don't view it at work unless you're extremely brave. [Big Grin]
