Just curious Myron, what generation Elmo is this projector?

Does it have optical sound?
Is it stereo or mono?

Is it in color?
(okay, that one is just silly?)

I could be wrong but I think this is a very early Elmo projector.... should have single-track sound and I seem to remember it's a rather nice machine... but optical? I doubt it. [Roll Eyes]

Sure would be nice to see a photo of it...

I thought they were just a silent dual gauge machine 400` with no front sprocket, shows how much I know. Its my age possibly. Maybe its a different country different model no`s thing.

This is not a sound projector. Yes it is an older model, Super 8mm, there are no sprockets, just rollers. I will take a picture today and up load it. It works perfectly, it looks like new.

Ohh, that's a lovely little bug.

I'd hate to have to replace that belt, though. "Now which way around does it go again?" [Big Grin]

Like I said this projector is just like new. As far as installing the belts, it is not as hard as it looks. What I did was take a couple of pictures, so when I change the belts, all I have to do is look at the pictures.
