I have two Standard 8mm 1200 ft plastic reels (without cans or boxes) that I would like to swap for two Super 8 plastic 1200 ft reels -OR- swap for four Super 8 plastic 800 ft reels

Any Standard 8mm machine with 1200 ft capability ???? [Confused]

I don't know of any Standard 8mm projectors that have a capacity of 1200 ft either -- but I do have two Standard 8mm 1200 ft gray plastic reels made by PLASTIC REEL CORPORATION OF AMERICA to trade

Perhaps they were reels of sound that used the same holes of 8mm reels.

....I think there was an early ELMO Std 8 sound model that took 1200' reels (or was it 800'?);I remember having seen this at eBay France...

Kodak has a machine that took 1200.There was also a couple of 8mm/16mm machines on the market at one time
