This splicer is a very rare item as not many were sold compared to the 35mm or 16mm version. This splicer is for Super 8mm film. It uses clear tape to which it self-perforates and then makes a butt join. I have not used it for a long time but Have made a quick join and works fine. Whats missing is the 1/2 bobbin, which holds the adhesive roll of tape in place . It also has a cutter for cutting super 8mm fully coated magnetic film.(the good old days!!) £250 + post or pick up in London. will post picture via e-mail as not sure how to post here. with thanks
