I have some of these gears if you need them, made especially for my gs xenon machine when it went wrong, all brass not the plastic/ nylon like this one.

Flavio, pm sent to you a few days ago, please read and let me know what you want to do. I would be very interested to see how ugo is intending to fix that broken gear.

You have totally remove the plastic gear away from the core. then glue it with superglue (cyanoacrylate). Now you have to enlarge a bit the plastic gear by a rotating cutter. at last glue the gear to the core with the superglue. It will works perfectly for other 30 years...
