Hi Jiyuan,
There is many check you can do alone before going to a repairman who can be very expensive.
Does the motor run, do you hear noise coming from the projector ?
First clean it (grease, dust, …), during this step you can check if Nothing is blocke the motor. And every gear are intact. Check the belt, it's need to be tight.
After you can check the fuse, you can do it with your eyes , juste look inside the fuse. There is a small wire if it's Moving it's means it's broken. You can also check it with a multimetre if you have one. You can also use this multimetre to check if there are electricitie going to the lamp and how much ( you need 12V).
