I had someone contact me who, among other things has a 16mm titled "Hasty Marriage."
I know some of the history of the Chan series, but a quick rundown of all the produced "Chans" (Oland and others) didn't seem to mention the title as a feature. Is this perhaps a cutdown title or didn't I dig deep enough?

I am asking to give him some info when he has a chance to look at the films, as he is not a collector.

Thanks,
Claus.

Searching for
"Charlie Chan" "Hasty Marriage"
on google resulted in 207 hits.
All of them seem to be linked to "The Hasty Marriage (1931)" starring "Charlie Chase".
According to IMDB "Charlie Chase" was also credited as "Charley Chan Chase".

Hope this helps,
Jörg

Joerg,

Yes indeed. The film labeled wrong. Thanks.

Claus.
