How much 16mm silent film on approx. 7" and 9" reels?

A guy has told me he has 2 x 16mm silent reels of film. One has a diameter of approx 7" and the other approx. 9". I am trying to work out how many feet of film he may have.

As far as I know it's 400' on a 7" reel, and 600' on a 9" reel.
