Well, i have a 1698DA bell & howell that have "the ghost effect" due to a misaligned shutter,can someone tell me how to access to it to put it in the rigth way please?

I am not a mechanic so cannot answer your question.
However, Film Tech has a service manual for free down load.
It covers models 1692/1693/1694/1695/1698.
