Hi all, Iīve just acquired a Siemens 2000 16 mm sound projector in good working order. Thereīs only one part missing on it, the release knob for the lower sprocket wheel. It can be handled by manually pulling out the knob axis (with a pair of pliers) but it would be good if I could just find a suitable knob. The knob is springloaded and threaded on the axis so I was thinking of temporarily putting on an ordinary nut or locknut on the knob axis, but when I try with a M3 nut it will not fit. Could it perhaps be 1/8" thread on this part? But itīs a German machine...
There are two of theses knobs on the machine, but one is missing, see attached picture.
Any help would be appreciated.
